Have your say: Impact of the Cost-of-Living crisis on disabled people

Disability Wales logo which has the organisation name in English and Welsh in plain text on a white background. The words are framed on the left hand side by four spirals in DW's trademark blue and orange colours.

Disability Wales is happy to launch our survey on the impact of the cost-of -living crisis on disabled people.

We are undertaking this research to hear your stories directly and understand how the rising cost of living has affected disabled people across Wales. The crisis has been ongoing for almost a year and comes in the context of a global pandemic that has disproportionately affected disabled people and the removal of the universal credit uplift.

In the early months of the crisis, you told us that you were worried about the rising cost of living and that it had already impacted your lives, now we want to understand what the situation is now and the effectiveness of the support available.

The survey is available in English and Welsh, in plain text, and in Easy Read. If there is something we can do to help you access the survey, please get in touch.

If you would like to submit additional evidence or information in a different format, please email megan.thomas@disabilitywales.org or calling 02920 887325.

The survey will be open for a month. Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experiences.
