Datganiad Anabledd Cymru ar adroddiad y Senedd ar y Bwlch Cyflogaeth Anabledd

Disability Wales logo which has the organisation name in English and Welsh in plain text on a white background. The words are framed on the left hand side by four spirals in DW's trademark blue and orange colours.

Mae AC yn croesawu Adroddiad Pwyllgor Cydraddoldeb y Senedd ar y Bwlch Cyflogaeth Anabledd yng Nghymru sydd yn 31% ar hyn o bryd. Rydym yn cytuno â chanfyddiad y Pwyllgor bod ‘gormod o bobl anabl yn wynebu rhwystrau diangen i gyflogaeth yng Nghymru heddiw’ a bod cynnydd o ran mynd i’r afael â’r rhain yn ‘rhy araf’.

Rhoddodd AC dystiolaeth i’r Pwyllgor ac rydym yn llwyr gefnogi ei alwad i Lywodraeth Cymru:

  • Cyhoeddi ei Gynllun Gweithredu Hawliau Anabledd cyn gynted â phosibl
  • Cyflawni ei hymrwymiad yn y Rhaglen Lywodraethu i ymgorffori Confensiwn y Cenhedloedd Unedig ar Hawliau Pobl Anabl (CCUHPA) yng nghyfraith Cymru
  • Ei gwneud yn ofynnol i gyrff cyhoeddus gyfrannu’n fwy sylweddol i daclo’r bwlch cyflogaeth anabledd
  • Ceisio diwygio Cynllun Hyderus o ran Anabledd yr Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau
  • Codi pryderon am weithrediad gwael cynllun Mynediad i Waith yr Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau

Lawrlwythwch yr adroddiad isod.

Dewch yn aelod heddiw i fod yn rhan o beth rydym yn ei wneud
