Mae Rhian Davies, Prif Weithredwr Anabledd Cymru ers 2001, yn hyrwyddwr hirsefydlog dros hawliau anabledd a chydraddoldeb. Mae Rhian yn aelod o Dasglu Hawliau Anabledd Llywodraeth Cymru a chadeiriodd ei Gweithgor Byw’n Annibynnol (Gofal Cymdeithasol). Bu’n gadeirydd Grŵp Llywio’r Fforwm Cydraddoldeb Anabledd a gynhyrchodd yr adroddiad dylanwadol Drws ar Glo: Datgloi bywydau a hawliau pobl anabl yng Nghymru ar ôl COVID-19 (2021). Mae Rhian yn Is-Gadeirydd Rhwydwaith Cydraddoldeb Menywod Cymru ac yn Ymddiriedolwr Cyngor Gweithredu Gwirfoddol Cymru.

Mae Rhian yn gyfrifol am reoli a datblygu Anabledd Cymru, gan gynnwys gweithredu rhaglenni gwaith, rheoli staff ac adnoddau ariannol a materol y sefydliad, a sicrhau bod Anabledd Cymru yn bodloni ei rwymedigaethau cyfreithiol.
