Fel Swyddog Polisi ac Ymchwil, mae Natalie yn gyfrifol am sbarduno newid effeithiol mewn polisi cyhoeddus a dylanwadu ar lunwyr polisi allweddol drwy ddatblygu safbwyntiau polisi sy’n seiliedig ar dystiolaeth.

Daw Natalie â chyfoeth o brofiad o’r trydydd sector, ar ôl bod yn wirfoddolwr, cydlynydd prosiect, cydlynydd gwirfoddolwyr, ysgrifennydd ymddiriedolwyr a chyfarwyddwr.

Mae hi hefyd ar hyn o bryd yn astudio ar gyfer PhD ym Mhrifysgol Abertawe, lle mae ei hymchwil yn canolbwyntio ar brofiadau gwirfoddolwyr anabl. Y nod yw helpu’r trydydd sector i ddod yn fwy cynhwysol a hygyrch, gan sicrhau bod pobl anabl yn gallu cymryd rhan lawn ac elwa o wirfoddoli.
