Fel Swyddog Prosiect Mynediad at Wleidyddiaeth, mae Kat yn gyfrifol am ddatblygu ac eirioli dros gyfranogiad gwleidyddol cynhwysol pobl anabl yng Nghymru. Mae hyn yn cynnwys hwyluso rhwydweithiau cymorth i sicrhau cyfranogiad llawn Pobl Fyddar ac Anabl ym mhob maes o fywyd Gwleidyddol.

Cyn hynny, Kat oedd Swyddog Datblygu CCUHPA Anabledd Cymru, yn gyfrifol am ddod ag addysg a gwybodaeth am y confensiwn i ysgolion ledled Cymru. Roedd ei rôl yn cwmpasu ei hangerdd i addysgu plant am anabledd a’r CCUHPA. Mae hi wedi gwirfoddoli gyda Sefydliadau Pobl Anabl gwahanol ers blynyddoedd lawer ac, oherwydd y cyfleoedd wnaeth Covid eu cynnig o ran gweithio gartref, roedd yn gallu ymuno ag Anabledd Cymru yn 2021.


Yn ei hamser hamdden, mae Kat yn hoffi crefft, teithio i wahanol wledydd ac ymgyrchu dros hawliau pobl anabl.
