Willow Holloway

Cadeirydd

Chairperson, Willow, standing in front of a white wall. She wears a dark blazer over a bright blue top. Her raven hair is tied back and she's smiling at the camera.

Mae Willow yn ddysgwr ac ymchwilydd annibynnol sydd â diddordeb mewn hanes cymdeithasol, hawliau anabledd a sut mae cymdeithas wedi gweld anabledd trwy gydol ein hanes. Yn byw yng Ngogledd Cymru, mae Willow yn Gyfarwyddwr etholedig AC yn rôl y Cadeirydd.

Yn flaenorol yn weithiwr allweddol i oedolion ag awtistiaeth ac anawsterau dysgu, a Mam i bedwar, mae gan Willow brofiad helaeth o gefnogi plant ac oedolion anabl, gan yrru ei phryderon bod hawliau pobl anabl yn cael eu hanwybyddu.

Yn ychwanegol at ei phrofiadau byw fel person anabl ac wrth eirioli dros ei phlant, mae gan Willow fewnwelediad gwych i’r rhwystrau y gall cymdeithas eu creu. Gyda’i hangerdd dros gydraddoldeb ac amrywiaeth a’i hawydd i ennyn diddordeb pobl anabl a gofalwyr i ddeall eu hawliau, nod Willow bob amser yw creu newid cadarnhaol i eraill.

Ym mis Ionawr 2014, sefydlodd Willow The Autistic Women’s Empowerment Project. Rhwydwaith a arweinir gan ddefnyddwyr yw hwn ar gyfer menywod sydd â heriau cymdeithasol a chyfathrebu gan gynnwys Awtistiaeth ac, ar hyn o bryd, mae’n ymgyrchu dros Ddeddf Awtistiaeth i Gymru.
