Cunqiang Shi (Felix)

Board member, Felix, standing in front of a plain white wall and smiling widely at the camera. He wears a black suit with a white shirt and blue tie. A small handkerchief peeks out from the top of his left suit jacket pocket.

Mae Cunqiang Shi (Felix) yn ymchwilydd PhD yn Ysgol Busnes Caerdydd. Penodwyd Felix yn ddiweddar i Fwrdd Anabledd Cymru. Roedd yn un o’r myfyrwyr interniaid cynnar a recriwtiwyd gan AC trwy bartneriaeth gyda GO Wales, sy’n ceisio cefnogi myfyrwyr ifanc i ddod o hyd i brofiad gwaith. Cyn hynny, roedd Felix yn ymwneud â nifer o sefydliadau anabledd yn Tsieina lle cafodd ei eni yn berson â nam golwg. Mae ganddo brofiad byw sylweddol fel person anabl mewn cyd-destun Tsieineaidd a DU.

Ar hyn o bryd mae Felix yn gorffen ei brosiect PhD sy’n edrych ar brofiad cyflogaeth pobl anabl mewn cyd-destun gwleidyddol-economaidd newidiol yn Tsieina. Fel aelod ifanc rhyngwladol i AC, mae Felix yn mynd i ddod â mewnwelediadau a syniadau newydd i’r Bwrdd i gryfhau arbenigedd y sefydliad.

Yn ogystal â bod yn aelod o Anabledd Cymru, mae Felix hefyd yn aelod o’r sefydliadau a’r cymdeithasau a ganlyn:

Sefydliad Siartredig Personél a Datblygu (CIPD)

Cymdeithas Gymdeithasegol Prydain (BSA)

Advance HE (yr Academi Addysg Uwch gynt)

Dewch yn aelod heddiw i fod yn rhan o beth rydym yn ei wneud
